Our dedicated team of site carpenters can tackle any job from erecting timber frames to traditional houses, first fix, second fix, finals and kitchens. The site team can also fulfil any domestic carpentry requirements.
Bespoke carpentry
We work closely with a joinery workshop and have a number of carpenters who specialise in out of the ordinary, bespoke timber projects.
Concrete Shuttering
Our experience on construction sites has enabled us to become shuttering experts. It’s not a job you would want to get wrong so if you want a job done right, we do it ourselves. Specialising in RC walls and bases we can seamlessly hand over to the construction team and complete the concrete pores.

Brad Bolitho Ltd is built on the skills and expertise of Brad Bolitho. Brad was brought up around plant hire and construction and pursued his passion for craft as he entered the industry as a carpenter. The name Bolitho is routed in Cornish history and the name its self comes from the Cornish word ‘bos’ or ‘bod’ meaning ‘dwelling’
Following in his families footsteps, Brad set out on his own and built his own home. Bringing the best local skills together to build his family their dream home. He’s continued to bring together the best expertise and deliver a truly high standard with a personal pride in the fine detail.

Machine & plant hire
We have a team of construction workers and plant for hire. We can undertake all aspects of construction work and our machines can be hired with operators or self drive. When building complete houses the construction team complete all groundworks and masonry package, with our skilled carpenters completing the remainder of the works. We like to keep our teams in their specialist areas.
